We are pleased to announce that the winners of the Classic Mustang Raffle are Stephen and Pat Starliper of California, Maryland.  St. Michaels Police Chief, Tony Smith drew the winning ticket on October 16th. The Starliper’s were excited to pick up the keys to their car on Friday, October 18th.  We want to thank everyone who bought tickets.  All the funds from the raffle go to our scholarship program for graduates of St. Michaels High School.

The 2018-19 Mustang Raffle is Launched!

The Rotary Club of St. Michaels is thrilled to unveil our latest raffle car, a 1965 Ford Mustang convertible in Caspian Blue as the premium prize in our highly anticipated, biannual fundraiser.

The vintage pony is in showroom condition thanks to recent restorations by Old Town Automobile and is ready for top down cruising. It's powered by  a 289 V8 "C Code" engine packing 200 horses, Boergson power steering conversion, dual exhaust, and a C4 automatic transmission.

Under the black soft top roof of this rally packed classic, you'll find a new blue stock interior and an fm/am stereo.

One lucky raffle winner will be drawn on or before October 2019 and will have the option of choosing the 1965 Mustang convertible or $20,000 in cash as his or her prize!

Regular ticket sales commence in early April 2018 at our usual display location on the corner of Talbot Street and Railroad Avenue in St. Michaels, but why wait?

Now you can order your tickets well in advance online—and in plenty of time for the holidays! Buy single raffle tickets below for just $20 a piece, or save when you buy tickets in multiples of three for $50.

Raffle tickets are $20 each, or packs of 3 tickets are sold for $50 each. There is no limit to the number of tickets one person may purchase. Tickets may be purchased online above, or by mail using cash, check or money order. Make checks or money orders payable to The Rotary Club of St. Michaels Foundation, Inc. and mail them to P.O. Box 394, St. Michaels, MD 21663-0394. Your purchased tickets will be filled out in your name and placed in the raffle drawing. Stubs will be mailed to you. If your check or credit card payment is dishonored by your bank or credit card company, your ticket(s) will be voided and not placed in the raffle drawing. You must have your name, address and phone number printed legibly on your ticket stub(s). If you list more than one name on a ticket stub, the first name will be considered the raffle entrant. You must retain your ticket, and in the event of any dispute concerning the winner of the raffle drawing, you will be required to produce your raffle ticket stub. The raffle winner will be determined by random drawing when all tickets have been sold or on October 17, 2019; whichever comes first. The raffle winner need not be present to win, and will have the option of selecting the Mustang described above or a $20,000 cash prize. If not present, the raffle winner will be notified immediately by phone or, if necessary, by registered mail. The raffle winner's name and the winning ticket number will also be posted on the St. Michaels Rotary Club website and other social media properties, such as Facebook. If the prize is not claimed after 30 days, the winning ticket number will be voided and a second raffle ticket will be drawn. The raffle winner is responsible for all delivery, licensing, registration, insurance coverage, income and special taxes. The Rotary Club of St. Michaels Foundation, Inc. will collect 25% of the fair market value of the vehicle for federal income tax withholding at the time the raffle winner accepts the vehicle prize. The Rotary Club of St. Michaels Foundation, Inc. specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties regarding the 1965 Mustang convertible. The raffle winner accepts the car in "as is" condition. All proceeds, less expenses, benefit the charitable programs supported by the Rotary Club of St. Michaels Foundation, Inc.
